Yes, we offer both indoor and outdoor sessions. We will need access to power outlet.
For outdoor events, we do not provide tent for shade. Customer will need to have a shaded area from the sun for best results of the videos. Or you can rent a tent from us.
We recommend booking your session at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our schedule.

Yes, we require $250 deposit to reserve date & time, and it's non-refundable. Full payment due 2 weeks before the event.
We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions.
Should you cancel the booking, and if the full balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be processed, less the non-refundable deposit. This is, however, subject to receiving a cancellation notice at least 10 business days before the event date.
We accept cash, check, Veno, Cash App, Paypal or all major credit cards.
